博士，西北民族大学教授，博士生导师，中国人工智能系列白皮书撰稿人之一，中文信息学会社会媒体专委会委员、自然语言生成与智能写作专委会委员，北京大学、苏州大学访问学者，青年教师成才奖，国家自然科学基金、甘肃省自然科学基金函审专家、甘肃省电子商务专家。主持及参与国家科技支撑计划项目2项、国家自然科学基金3项，省部级项目若干。撰写教材、著作5部，发表论文60余篇，申请专利及软著20余项。

Ph.D., professor of Northwest University for Nationalities, doctoral supervisor, one of the authors of the series of white papers on Chinese engineering intelligence, member of the Social Media Committee of the Chinese Information Society, member of the Natural Language Generation and Intelligent Writing Committee, visiting scholar of Peking University and Soochow University, Young Teacher Achievement Award, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Gansu Provincial Natural Science Foundation Correspondence Review Expert, Gansu Province E-commerce Expert. He has presided over and participated in 2 projects of the National Science and Technology Support Program, 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and several provincial and ministerial projects. He has written 5 textbooks and books, published more than 60 papers, and applied for more than 20 patents and soft works.
