李郅辰，博士、博士后、华东理工大学副教授，主要研究范围包括：网络化分析及控制、智能控制、人工智能，在国际知名学术期刊及会议发表论文30余篇，其中20篇被SCI收录，包含控制科学顶级期刊Automatica论文3篇，IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Syst.、IEEE Trans. Neural Netw. Learning Syst.、IEEE Trans.  Cybern.、IEEE Trans. Syst. Man, Cybern.: Syst.等IEEE汇刊论文16篇，1篇第一作者论文入选“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”。获中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖。入选上海市“晨光学者”计划、上海市青年科技英才“扬帆计划”。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金、中央军委国防科技基础加强计划、装备预研领域基金等国家级课题4项，上海市自然科学基金探索类项目、面上项目等省部级课题10项。

Zhichen Li, PhD., Post-Doctoral Fellow, is currently associate professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. His research interest includes analysis and control for networked control systems, intelligent control, artificial intelligence. He has published more than 30 papers in prominent international academic journals and conferences, including Automatica，IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Syst.、IEEE Trans. Neural Netw. Learning Syst.、IEEE Trans. Cybern.、IEEE Trans. Syst. Man, Cybern.: Syst. One paper is selected as Top 100 Most influential International Academic Papers of China. Dr. Li was a recipient of the Natural Science Award of CAA. Dr. Li was honored as the ChenGuang Scholar, and was supported by Shanghai Young Science and Technology Talents Sailing Program. He hosted 4 National Projects, including National Natural Science Foundation, and 10 Provincial and Ministerial projects.
