徐博,中共党员,教授/博士生导师,导航所副所长,导航仪器教育部工程研究中心骨干成员。坚持基础研究、ZB预研和工程研制相结合,长期从事惯性导航、多智能体协同控制、多传感器智能信息融合方面的研究工作。担任《无人系统技术》、《导航定位与授时》等多个期刊编委/青年编委,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心论文评审专家。至今,已承担或参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、ZF领域基金、国家重点实验室基金、省自然科学基金、科技工业局基础前沿研究等各类课题20余项。以第一完成人出版学术专著1部(获GF出版基金资助),以第一/第二完成人出版学术译著5部。以第一作者或通信作者(第二作者)在IEEE Transactions、Ocean Engineering 、Journal of Navigation、Journal of Sensors、Measurement、Neurocomputing、IEEE Sensors Journal、IET Radar、Sonar & Navigation、Measurement Science and Technology、《自动化学报》、《控制与决策》等国内外重要学术期刊和会议上发表学术论文50余篇,其中一篇论文荣获某中文核心期刊2020年度最佳论文、一篇论文获得2021年中国航海学会年度优秀论文,一篇论文获得2021年中国造船学会优秀论文。以第一完成人获授权发明专利22项、国际专利4项、软件著作权4项。其中1项专利获得第十八届中国专利奖(曾在工信部官网宣传)。此外,曾获中国航海青年科技奖、中国航海学会技术发明二等奖1项(排名第1),省部级科技进步二等奖1项、黑龙江省自然科学二等奖1项。主讲的本科生课《现代控制理论》入选2018年校级品牌课程、2019年省级精品在线课程和2020年线上线下混合式品牌课程。讲授的研究生课《线性系统理论》属于校级精品课程。


Xu Bo, a member of the Communist Party of China, professor/doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the Navigation Institute, and a key member of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education for Navigation Instruments. Adhere to the combination of basic research, ZB pre research, and engineering development, and engage in long-term research in inertial navigation, multi-agent collaborative control, and multi-sensor intelligent information fusion. Served as an editorial board member/youth editorial board member for multiple journals such as "Unmanned System Technology" and "Navigation Positioning and Timing", as well as a paper review expert at the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education. So far, it has undertaken or participated in more than 20 projects of various kinds, such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, ZF field fund, State Key Laboratory fund, provincial natural science fund, and basic frontier research of the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry. Published one academic monograph as the first author (supported by GF Publishing Fund), and translated five academic works as the first/second author. Published over 50 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author (second author) in important domestic and international academic journals and conferences such as IEEE Transactions, Ocean Engineering, Journal of Navigation, Journal of Sensors, Measurement, Neurocomputing, IEEE Sensors Journal, IET Radar, Sonar&Navigation, Measurement Science and Technology, Journal of Automation, and Control and Decision Making. One paper won the Best Paper of 2020 in a Chinese core journal, one paper won the Outstanding Paper of 2021 by the Chinese Society of Navigation, and one paper won the Outstanding Paper of 2021 by the Chinese Society of Navigation. Excellent paper from China Shipbuilding Society. Authorized 22 invention patents, 4 international patents, and 4 software copyrights as the first author. One of the patents won the 18th China Patent Award (previously promoted on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). In addition, he/she has won the China Maritime Youth Science and Technology Award, the second prize of the China Navigation Society Technology Invention Award (ranked first), the second prize of the provincial and ministerial level Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of the Heilongjiang Province Natural Science Award. The undergraduate course "Modern Control Theory" taught by the lecturer was selected as a school level brand course in 2018, a provincial-level boutique online course in 2019, and a blended online and offline brand course in 2020. The graduate course "Linear System Theory" taught is a high-quality course at the school level.
